Easy Peasy vs Gallop

Easy Peasy All-in-One Homeschool is a gift to homeschool families. Lee Giles, a homeschool mother of six, built it from her own children's assignments, and it is free. Each level has 180 days of lessons in reading, writing, math, history, science, Spanish, Bible, music, art and more, all using free materials online. Your child clicks the day's assignment and goes. Where some families want more help is the parent's side. Easy Peasy keeps no records, and the parent checks answers and keeps track. Gallop does the checking, planning and reporting for you.

What Easy Peasy does well

It's complete, it's free, and it's made with a lot of love. Siblings can study the same history and science theme together. Art, music, Bible and PE are built in, which is hard to find anywhere at this price. There are offline books for families who want less screen time, and a large community of parents in their Facebook groups.

Where Gallop is different

Cost, honestly

Easy Peasy is free, and Gallop is not. With Gallop you're paying for the checking, the re-teaching, and the records being kept for you. If you're happy to grade and keep records yourself, Easy Peasy covers a lot of ground for nothing. Gallop is an approved Arizona ESA vendor and Arkansas EFA provider, paid through ClassWallet, if you have those funds.
